Job Description
Picture your first hour at our Camden, Arkansas site: you badge into a controlled area, review the morning’s incoming classified shipments, and coordinate with a trusted team to move sensitive hardware using approved methods. By noon, you’ve completed cycle counts in a restricted cage, processed inventory updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and staged a classified outbound order with correct packaging and documentation. Before you wrap for the day, you verify custody records, conduct a security sweep, and hand off to the next operation—everything precise, every step compliant.
What You’ll Handle- Receive, inspect, and validate classified and unclassified materials in strict accordance with approved SOPs.
- Store items in designated secure locations, adhering to access control and safeguarding protocols.
- Pick, stage, package, and document classified shipments using authorized methods and forms.
- Operate material handling equipment: forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck, and yard truck.
- Transport materials in company vehicles in full compliance with CDL standards and DOT regulations.
- Execute inventory transactions in WMS or other approved tracking tools; support cycle counts and full physical inventories within secure areas.
- Maintain unwavering compliance with security, government, safety, environmental, and hazardous material handling requirements.
- Immediately report any security anomalies; keep work areas clean, orderly, and controlled.
- Assist with internal/external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, plus 3+ months of related experience/training; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Proficient with forklift, order picker, reach truck, and yard truck operations.
- Organized, detail-accurate, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willing and able to handle hazardous materials safely.
- Collaborative teammate with effective communication skills.
- Capable of reading and applying safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Solid math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Familiarity with secure/regulatory warehouse operations; understands chain of custody and controlled material handling.
- Follows detailed SOPs and security protocols; protects confidential and sensitive data.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems and documentation.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Background in government contracting with DoD and non-DoD customers.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
