Fulfillment Representative

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory to maintain stock levels
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and inquiries
• Handle product returns and exchanges
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Resolve problems related to order fulfillment and shipping

• Entry-level experience in fulfillment or logistics
