As part of our continued strategic growth, Guardian International Solutions is evaluating a future expansion into the Arizona market and is seeking an experienced security professional to serve as Resident Manager for Arizona Operations in the greater Phoenix area.

The Opportunity

This position represents an opportunity to play a key leadership role in the development of Guardian International Solutions' Arizona operations.

The Resident Manager will work closely with executive and operational leadership to support the establishment, growth, and ongoing management of security operations throughout the market. Responsibilities will include providing operational oversight, supporting personnel management and scheduling, maintaining service standards, conducting field inspections, coordinating incident response, addressing performance matters, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operations remain aligned with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced security leader who is comfortable operating with a high degree of accountability, professionalism, and independence while helping build and develop a new market.

Required Experience

To meet the Arizona Resident Manager experience requirements, candidates must possess a minimum of three years of verifiable supervisory, management, or administrative experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Contract Security
• Law Enforcement
• United States Military

Candidates must be able to provide documentation verifying their qualifying experience as required by the State of Arizona. The Arizona DPS checklist specifically identifies this three-year experience requirement for Resident Managers.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated experience leading security personnel, managing field operations, maintaining client relationships, solving operational challenges, and establishing high standards of accountability and service.
