Packaging/Kit Assembler - 2nd Shift

Quanex is looking for a 2nd Shift Packaging/Kit Assembler to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season. 

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr + $3/hr shift differential with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.

What Success Looks Like:

• Set up and operate production equipment, including the stretch wrapper.
• Complete packaging and kitting tasks, including staging and labeling screens and assembling cardboard boxes and flats.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accuracy throughout the production process.
• Work productively with minimal supervision, adapt to changing priorities, and assist other areas when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards.
• Maintain dependable attendance, work consistently throughout the shift, and perform other assigned duties.

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required
