Quanex is looking for a Standard Screens Team Lead to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season. 

The hourly range for this position begins at $23/hr with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.

Your Credentials:

  • Demonstrates leadership potential, with previous team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to motivate others and have productive conversations with employees.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Manufacturing knowledge and experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Safety-focused, with knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper machine guarding.
