Job Description

·                     Ensure timely availability of materials to support wire harness production and meet customer delivery commitments

·                     Process customer orders and review forecasted demand to align production schedules with business needs

·                     Interface with internal stakeholders in Vietnam and external customers to coordinate production and shipping requirements

·                     Manage supplier portals and maintain effective supplier relationships to secure materials on schedule

·                     Process intercompany orders and maintain optimal stock levels to support forecasted demand

·                     Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery performance across the supply chain

·                     Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues through creative problem-solving and expediting strategies

Key Requirements

·                     Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

·                     Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and vendors

·                     Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and derive actionable insights
