We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support workforce compliance and training administration for our operations in Midland, Texas. This position plays an important role in keeping employee safety records current, coordinating required training activities, and helping the organization stay ahead of compliance obligations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively across teams, and can manage detailed information with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the tracking of employee safety courses, credentials, renewals, and expiration timelines to ensure records remain current.
• Arrange both in-house and external training sessions while researching practical and budget-conscious learning options.
• Administer contractor and customer compliance platforms, ensuring required safety documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Partner with HR to refine, distribute, and uphold safety policies and procedural guidelines across the business.
• Compile reports and supporting records related to workplace incidents and assist with documentation following injuries or safety events.
• Coordinate post-incident testing requirements with HR and monitor follow-up actions as needed.
• Communicate with third-party administrators to secure approved medical paperwork and other related documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for safety activity, incident reporting, training completion, and compliance status.
• Proactively identify upcoming compliance deadlines or training gaps and work with managers to address missing items before they escalate.
• Contribute to the development of standardized safety practices and consistent compliance processes throughout the organization.• Previous experience in safety coordination, compliance support, training administration, HR operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to accuracy, documentation, and detail.
• Proven ability to independently follow through on open items and complete tasks without constant oversight.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Capacity to manage competing deadlines, multiple locations, and several priorities at the same time.
• Comfort using online compliance portals and external reporting systems for customer or contractor requirements.
• Solid computer proficiency and the ability to maintain reliable records within HR and compliance systems.
