Mangal Charcoal Mediterranean Grill in Edgewater, Miami is hiring a full-time Line Cook. We are a busy Mediterranean grill: charcoal kebabs and skewers, shawarma, fresh salads, hummus and hot line.

What you will do: prep, cook on the line, keep your station clean and organized, follow recipes and portion standards, work with the team during peak hours.

What we need: 1+ year of kitchen experience, reliable, fast and clean, available weekends, authorized to work in the US.

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
