Responsibilities

• Perform full takeoffs on digital and cloud-based platforms.
• Review documents and specifications for complete scope.
• Prepare bid proposals with itemized costs and schedules.
• Collaborate with field teams and project managers through digital tools.
• Run virtual pre-bid meetings and coordinate with remote stakeholders.
• Maintain standardized estimating procedures and cost databases.
• Offer value engineering to improve outcomes.

Must-Haves

• Four or more years of commercial plumbing estimating.
• Expert skills in Bluebeam, cloud estimating platforms, and digital collaboration.
• Self-direction and strong time management for remote work.
• Thorough understanding of plumbing codes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience estimating across several states.
• Medical gas or institutional project background.

Compensation and Logistics
