This position serves approximately 10 students, with the majority of learners diagnosed with autism, including some students with significant support needs. The role is well suited for an educator who is confident working in a structured setting and knows how to balance individualized instruction with consistent classroom routines.

You will provide specially designed instruction aligned with student IEPs, adjust lessons and classroom activities to address individual learning needs, and use effective behavioral and classroom management techniques to encourage participation and progress. The role also involves monitoring student development, maintaining educational records, contributing to IEP meetings, and working closely with paraprofessionals, families, and related-service professionals to provide coordinated student support.
