We're looking for a Senior Plumbing Estimator in the Phoenix area to lead estimates on high-rise and data center projects for a commercial mechanical contractor growing its Arizona presence.

• Build the junior estimating talent behind the next wave of growth.
• Protect margin through sharp cost analysis and risk review.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating for complex commercial projects, including data centers and high-rises.
• Guide and develop the estimating team.
• Develop pricing strategy and market analysis for the Phoenix market.
• Partner with business development on pursuits and client relationships.
• Review contract terms for risk and opportunity.
• Lead preconstruction and design-build estimating.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and specialty subcontractors.

Must-Haves

• Eight or more years of senior commercial plumbing estimating.
• A record of winning large competitive bids.
• Expert knowledge of Arizona building codes and the Phoenix market.
• Leadership experience developing a team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Data center or mission-critical project experience.
• Advanced skills in estimating software.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Onsite in the Phoenix area.
