HVACR/Electrical Regional Manager (Service/Construction)

Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a Regional Manager in the Portland area to lead special project operations across HVAC, refrigeration, market refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical service and construction.

Impact

• Close every special project on time and within budget.
• Grow gross margin through smart labor allocation, cost control, and billing speed.
• Build a team that executes complex refrigeration scopes without gaps.
• Make repeat business and expanded agreements the expected outcome.

Responsibilities

• Direct field supervisors and project leads from initiation through closeout.
• Forecast workforce, equipment, and subcontractor needs against the operating budget.
• Audit work orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Set regional operating standards that cut rework and speed cash flow.
• Own the regional P&L.

Must-Haves

• Multi-trade service or construction operations leadership at regional scale.
• P&L ownership with a record of margin improvement.
• Experience with refrigeration or market refrigeration scopes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Electrical contracting exposure.
• Background growing service agreements.

Compensation and Logistics
