We're looking for a Fire Sprinkler Estimator in Honolulu to develop accurate estimates for commercial fire protection projects and support preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for commercial fire sprinkler projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Identify scope, risers, and potential challenges in project documents.
• Price material through vendor quotes and historical data.
• Set labor productivity assumptions with project managers and field teams.
• Review subcontractor proposals.
• Join bid strategy meetings and pre-bid walkthroughs.
• Maintain estimating databases and pricing libraries.

Must-Haves

• Five or more years of fire sprinkler estimating.
• Hands-on field experience installing fire sprinkler systems.
• Strong understanding of fire protection codes and standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• NICET certification.
• Experience with estimating software for fire protection.

Compensation and Logistics
