We're looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and equipment.

• Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential electrical components.

• Install and replace electrical fixtures, devices, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.

• Educate homeowners on repair options, electrical safety, and recommended system improvements.

• Accurately document work performed using company software.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Follow all safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.

• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

What We're Looking For

- Residential electrical service experience preferred.

• Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or ability to obtain if required by state/local regulations).

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Knowledge of residential electrical codes and safety standards.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
