Mammography Tech

Full-Time

Mammography Tech candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• The major challenges to this position include being able to understand and apply the technical skills required to operate mammographic equipment. 
• The incumbent must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, motor/sensory, psychosocial, and safety appropriate to adult and geriatric patients served, and meet standards of quality as measured by the unit/department age-specific competency standards. 
• This position has the authority to make technical decisions that will provide the best possible mammographic image quality. 
• This position must be proficient in the use of the MAMMOGRAPHY UNIT. 
• This position will require training and general knowledge attained to operate the hospital and department computer systems. 
• This position does provide patient care.

Full-Time

Mammography Tech candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Call Requirements: No Call
• Licenses: ARRT and NV State License (Must have license before start date)
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Experience Required: 2+ years of Mammography Tech experience is required
