Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time | Iowa

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges through effective counseling.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals and families to foster emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
• Conduct client assessments and gather social histories to guide therapy approaches.
• Educate clients and families on mental health resources and treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
