Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I am physically in good shape. I only need transportation to a nursing home in Lebanon, IL twice a week from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other times will vary for banking, drugstore, grocery shopping. Days of the week will vary. Most of the days will be from 2:30 -5:00 p.m. About the care needs: I would appreciate someone who is patient, a good driver and willing to wait for me a short time if I need it, friendly, willing to help with some packages, visit the doctor and dentist. I only need help during this limited time period. Services needed include: transportation.
