Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a BAS Controls Service Assistant Project Manager in the Seattle area to help run building automation service projects from planning to closeout.

Impact

• Deliver service projects on time and on budget for clients who notice.
• Keep engineers and technicians pulling in the same direction.
• Catch problems early so nobody is surprised late.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and executing BAS service projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on requirements.
• Create and update control diagrams, floor plans, and layouts in AutoCAD and Visio.
• Track progress, flag risks, and help resolve them.
• Help prepare schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Support integrations across Tridium Niagara, ALC, Alerton, and Metasys.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Three or more years in BAS controls.
• Working knowledge of BACnet and DDC.
• AutoCAD and Visio skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Service-side experience with existing buildings.
• Niagara certification.

Compensation and Logistics
