Pediatric Physical Therapist
Happyian Therapy & Academy
is expanding! We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative, play-based team. We welcome both entry-level physical therapists and experienced clinicians who are passionate about pediatric care and interested in growing professionally.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, confident, comfortable participating in community and advertising events, and excited to help grow our pediatric physical therapy department. At Happyian Therapy & Academy, we prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, professional development, and high-quality clinical care.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with both hourly and salary-based options available. There is also an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a Clinic Director role at one of our clinics.


Position Options



Full-Time


  • 30+ billable hours per week
  • $68,000–$90,000 annual salary
  • Full-time benefits package

Part-Time


  • 18+ billable hours per week
  • Starting at $50–$60/hour
  • Annual continuing education stipend

Mentorship & Professional Support


We are committed to helping our therapists build confidence and develop their clinical skills.

  • 10 hours of mentorship and supervision per month
  • Supervision reassessed annually based on therapist needs
  • Paid administrative time
  • Strong support and mentorship for new graduates
  • Ongoing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

Continuing Education


  • Annual continuing education stipend for both full-time and part-time employees

Qualifications


  • Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interest in pediatric, play-based, relationship-centered care
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and family-engagement skills
  • Comfortable participating in community outreach and advertising events
  • Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the development of our pediatric PT department
