Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Los Angeles

Searching for a great house cleaner. Someone that will integrate into our family. we had our last cleaner for 20 years. Please no revolving cleaning crews. one to two people max and always the same people. We are not minimalists. We have a lot of stuff and breakables. Looking for someone that is detailed oriented, really cleans and isn't in a huge hurry trying to get to the next job. We have dust allergies so dusting sweeping and vacuuming before mop is important. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? I can provide supplies unless you use eco friendly.
