Lead Great People.Silver Star Construction is looking for an experienced Roadway Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee paving crews on highway and civil construction projects across Oklahoma.Our company has proudly served Oklahoma since 1981 and continues to deliver award-winning roadway projects through teamwork, innovation, quality workmanship, and an unwavering commitment to safety.Position SummaryThe Asphalt Paving Foreman is responsible for directing field operations, coordinating crews, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project is completed safely and efficiently.Essential DutiesLead asphalt paving crews on commercial and highway projects.Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment each day.Monitor paving quality and production goals.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings.Train and mentor field employees.Maintain accurate project reports and equipment inspections.Communicate with superintendents regarding project status.Address jobsite issues to keep projects moving.RequirementsFive years of asphalt paving experience required.Leadership experience managing paving crews.Knowledge of paving equipment and roadway construction practices.Ability to interpret construction drawings.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.Physical RequirementsAbility to work outside in all weather conditions.Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Bend, climb, squat, kneel, reach, and perform physically demanding work.Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require.Benefits PackageCompetitive CompensationMedical, Dental, Vision & Life InsuranceShort-Term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Additional Company BenefitsAll employment offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and providing professional references.Start building your future with Silver Star Construction.
