Junior Staff Accountant - Excellent Career Path

Successful candidates must be pursuing or intending to pursue their CPA

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior accountants in recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records by verifying and reconciling documentation and resolving discrepancies
- Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Coordinate the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approval and coding verification
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with contractual obligations and internal authorization guidelines
- Generate and maintain reports for management such as payables aging and vendor payment summaries
- Coordinate the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing process, approval and coding verification and processing of cash receipts
- Generate and maintain reports for management such as weekly cash reporting and aging reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Pursuing or intending to pursue CPA
- 0-1 years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated
