Travel RN - ICU | Warsaw, IN | 3x12 Nights | Auto Offer | Competitive Pay

We’re seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Warsaw, Indiana. This is an Auto Offer opportunity with a consistent night schedule and no on-call requirement.

The unit provides both Critical Care and Progressive Care, making this a strong assignment for an RN comfortable managing ventilated patients, IV drips, sedation and higher-acuity patient populations.

Schedule

• 3x12 Night Shifts

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 36 hours/week

• 72 guaranteed hours bi-weekly

• Every 3rd weekend

• No on-call requirements

• Block scheduling is not available

About the Unit

• 14-bed ICU/Progressive Care unit

• Approximately 175 patients/month

• ICU ratios typically 1:2 or 1:3, depending on acuity

• PCU/Med Surg overflow ratio may be up to 1:5

• EMR: Cerner

What You’ll Do

• Care for critically ill and ventilator-dependent patients.

• Manage IV drips, IV sedation and complex critical-care therapies.

• Provide occasional after-hours recovery care.

• Monitor and respond to changes in critically ill patients.

• Float to Med Surg/Telemetry when required, with ratios up to approximately 1:6.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license

• 1–2 years of recent critical-care/ICU experience

• Current BLS

• Current ACLS

• Strong critical-care skills, including ventilator management, IV drips and sedation

• Current driver's license required

• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility

• Local candidates are not accepted

• License and certifications must be attached at submission

• Permanent home address must match the address on the driver's license
