Commercial Pipefitters - Kings Bay Naval Base, GA and the surrounding areasRQ is currently seeking experienced Pipefitters to join our Mechanical team supporting projects in Kings Bay Naval Base, Georgia; Jacksonville, Florida; and nearby areas. All work is performed on military installations and is compensated according to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements applicable to each site.Since its establishment in 1996, RQ, LLC has built a strong reputation as a leader in the commercial and government Design-Build construction industry. Today, we operate nationwide with active projects across the country, including in Georgia. Our field teams work directly on-site throughout the U.S., ensuring projects are executed efficiently and successfully.We focus on fast-paced, ground-up commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary emphasis on Department of Defense (DoD) projects.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $20.94-$46.25 (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: 1 week of vacation plus accrued sick leave Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required At least 4 years of experience working as a pipefitter in commercial construction or facility operationsJourneyman-level work experience requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience on government, military, or large-scale commercial projects is preferredExperience with mechanical pipe installation Background in underground piping work and chiller linesValid pipefitter license or journeyman certification Current welding certification CPR, First Aid, and OSHA-10 certificationsJoin RQ!
