Smithco Services has multiple openings available for motivated, new or seasoned HVAC & Refrigeration Service, PM & Install Technicians who want to join a worker friendly company offering great pay, benefits, tremendous field support, industry growth and a long term solution to your career! Responsibilities of the Available Positions:

Diagnose & Service Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Ice Machines and Refrigeration systems
Perform routine Preventative Maintenance on HVAC, Refrigeration & Ice Machines
Install/Change out HVAC, Ice Machines, Walk In Refrigeration & more
Respond to emergency Service requests on the easiest On Call schedule in our industry
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous field experience in HVAC as a Service Technician/Installer for at least 3 years.
Preventative Maintenance field experience for at least 1 year
Refrigeration or Ice Machine knowledge is a big plus and increases your compensation
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong troubleshooting skills
Must have industry tools
Desire to expand your ability with comprehensive training of Refrigeration and Ice Machines
Must have a clean driving record and background
Must be Drug free
