What You’ll Do

• Pick with Accuracy: Select the correct products and quantities needed to complete customer orders.
• Pack It Right: Carefully pack products for shipment while protecting merchandise from damage.
• Use RF Scanners: Accurately scan, track, and verify inventory and product locations throughout the warehouse.
• Keep Orders Moving: Prepare completed orders for the next step in the shipping process.
• Stay Organized: Keep products, work areas, and materials organized throughout your shift.
• Check Your Work: Verify products and quantities to help ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Support the Team: Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed to keep operations moving.
• Work Safely: Follow all site-specific safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You’ll Need

• Previous pick & pack, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to Navigate a Multi-Level Facility: Must be able to regularly walk up and down stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
