American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with OASIS experience and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week home health assignment.
Details
- Home health and hospice setting with outpatient care
- Travel between patient homes for scheduled visits
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with holiday coverage as needed
- Uses HealthWyse EMR system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Current, active state license required
- Home health, hospice, and OASIS experience required
- Experience traveling between patient homes for visits required
- Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes required
