Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Please have experience assisting with feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). This is for my 83-year-old dad who is recovering from chemo. He is mentally sound but physically not doing well.
