Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are seeking a little more village, someone kind hearted, patient, creative, engaging, flexible. I will mostly be around and feel like I'm doing way too much on my own so I'm seeking support to share the load and also someone to bounce thoughts, ideas, and observations off of. We have 2 energetic, amazing, strong girls. They both love to socialize and are both incredibly creative in their own ways.
