Seeking a Professional Housekeeper

Position: Full-Time Professional Housekeeper / Cleaner
Pay: $16.00 –$20.00 per hour + tips and bonuses
Hours: 40+ hours per week
Schedule: Typically Monday–Saturday
Typical Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM until the completion of the final house.
Sunday: Closed

About the Position:

We are a professional cleaning company seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has professional cleaning experience, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in every home we service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional residential cleaning services according to company standards
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and organize as needed
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure every home is left clean and presentable
• Properly and safely use cleaning products and equipment
• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to customers.
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
• Follow company cleaning procedures and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience required
• Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Typically must be available Monday through Saturday, but will work an average of five days per week
• Must be available for 40+ hours per week
• Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule beginning around 7:00 AM and working until the last house is done.

Company-Provided Equipment & Supplies

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform the job. Employees are not required to purchase or provide their own cleaning supplies or equipment.
