Shipping & Receiving Lead

Key Responsibilities:

-Shipping Administrator

-Basic Computer Skills

-Oversees daily logistics

-Inspecting goods products before shipping out, labeling

-Ensuring accurate documentation (BOL, packing lists)

-Maintaining a safe and organized workspace

-Training staff

-Coordinating carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, parcel), and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

-Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, often with supervisory experience.

-Knowledge of shipping regulations, freight terms, and proper material handling.

-Knowledge in HTS & ECCN codes & E2 System are a plus.

-Proficiency with computers, WMS, and RF scanning technology.

-Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

-Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
