Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is hiring Temporary Construction Laborers for a construction client in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Dates: September 8–10, 2026 (Tuesday–Thursday)
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position: Temporary Construction Laborer

Job Duties

• Assist construction crews with general labor duties
• Move, load, and organize construction materials
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Assist with basic hand tools and other tasks as directed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures

Requirements

• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable performing physical work
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be available all 3 days: September 8, 9 & 10
• Must be able to report by 7:00 AM

This is a 3-day temporary assignment with the potential to be considered for future projects through Madden Industrial Craftsmen.
