We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead who is ready to take the next step in their career and help lead the day-to-day warehouse operation for a growing company. This is an opportunity for someone who is ready for a challenge, takes ownership, and has a good head on their shoulders,

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure orders and materials are received, organized, and dispatched accurately and on time. Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members.
  • Coordinate with service, operations, purchasing, and other departments to ensure materials areavailable when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Enforce company safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Identify problems and take initiative to find practical solutions.
  • Help improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience.
  • Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems/WMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
