Warehouse Lead

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This role will support warehouse employees, coordinate workflow, monitor inventory and shipping activities, and help ensure operational goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign tasks and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Train and assist warehouse employees with processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure products are properly stored and handled.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities and help resolve operational issues.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained and used safely.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Help identify and resolve workflow, staffing, inventory, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Communicate with management and team members regarding daily priorities and operational needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse leadership or lead experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to train and motivate warehouse employees.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Pay Rate: $22/hr
