Position: Event Supervisor
Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: $17/hour

We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced Event Supervisor to oversee staff and help ensure the successful execution of events in Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate event staff during assigned events.
• Assign tasks and ensure staff are positioned appropriately throughout the event.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure company and client expectations are met.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff and assist with questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with event management and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Address and resolve operational issues or unexpected situations in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper customer service and maintain a professional environment.
• Communicate event updates, staffing needs, and any incidents to management.
• Ensure staff follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Upcoming Event: September 12–17

Candidates should have previous supervisory, hospitality, catering, or event experience. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be available for flexible, event-based shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
