Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. Full and Part time drivers needed and home every night. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations. We have positions driving tractor-trailers and straight trucks. If you have experience in delivery driving and are a team player, we encourage you to apply. We are a locally owned, 95 year old trucking company.
Duties:
- Safely operate various types of trucks and heavy equipment, including tractor-trailers, straight trucks, and forklifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
