CT Technologist Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This is a weekend position, requiring a three-day block schedule consisting of Saturday to Monday.
Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring optimal imaging results.
- Ensure the operation of imaging equipment is effective and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC charting.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
This position requires a block schedule:
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) is required.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply; local candidates from a 50-mile radius are also eligible.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Proficiency in EPIC charting is required.
