Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Phoenix. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. My little one was born premature at 34 weeks in June, so I am not ready to send her to childcare just yet as I return to work! Looking for someone who is very loving and gentle, that is knowledgeable about preemies and their needs. I need three days a week- likely 8-2 p.m. TWTh. I also have a small dog that is an anxious little guy but very sweet that will be in the home.
