Warehouse Manager (Logistics, Shipping & Receiving Specialist): $55K-65K/annually DOE! 
 
This position is a contract position in Batesville, MS 
 
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our client to start immediately at $55,000-65,000 DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits upon hire!  
 
Location: Batesville, MS 
 
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Fully run and manage the distribution center for manufacturing client. 

• Computer Skills: You must have a good command of technology and IT skills. 

•  Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and maintain site records. 

• Complete shipping management & reports.  

Coordinate necessary activities on weekends and holidays when needed. 

• Update management weekly and provide support to the company project managers. 

• Update Plant Manager weekly and provide to the company project managers. 

• Manage all inbound and outbound logs; all shipping documents, documents for logistics payables, pick tickets, pull tickets and packing slips. 

• Investigate all accidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions and prepare written reports with corrective actions. 

• Demonstrate a servant leadership style. Leaders with this style serve their team and organization first. They don't prioritize their own objectives. Servant leadership seeks to achieve a vision by providing strong support to employees and a team work environment. 

• Understand all KPI’s and Ensure all reports are maintained. 

• Development of shipping criteria, processes and policies to ensure projects are ordered on time, accurate and complete. 

• Work will all key vendors, and manage cost inputs on relevant projects. 

Minimum Qualifications 
Training/Certifications: 

• Ability to work in warehouse environment not limited to lifting 50lbs and operating forklifts when necessary. 

• Strong computer skills. 

• 5+ years verified managing logistics, shipping and receiving. 

• A valid Class C driver’s license
