Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Location: Nogales, AZ
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Nogales. The ideal candidate has experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and inventory control
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work overtime when required
