We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Leader to lead our team and help provide an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and coach team members during each shift.
• Assign positions and tasks to employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and fast, friendly service.
• Support preparation of coffee, beverages, food and Dunkin’ products.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash and help maintain accurate inventory.
• Train and support new team members.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the management team.
• Help maintain a positive, respectful and productive workplace.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 20–30 lbs.
• Previous Dunkin’ or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
