Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I generally care for my wife that has had three strokes. I do cooking, cleaning, laundry and healthcare. I will be getting surgery on my neck and have other issues where I shouldn't drive. I need someone who can care for my wife and I and also use our minivan to drive us to appointments. About the care needs: Outgoing personality and honest. My wife can't drive and I really shouldn't be driving. We need someone who can care for basic needs like cooking, cleaning and laundry and drive us to appointments or for shopping if needed.
