Companion Care Needed

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Transportation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Right now I have breathing issues and I am unable to walk very far. I need someone to push me in a wheel chair once we get to the doctor/ hospital for my appts on the Sept 14th and maybe sept 16th. First appt set on the 14th is 3 appts same area from 7 730 to probably 1 in the afternoon in paducah. The 16th is in nashville at 0830 so probably leave here 530 ish. And that is 2 appts should be done by 11 plus 2. 5 hours home.
