The caregiver must be wiling to prepare food for my kids, help with homework and bathe them. If they can do their laundry as well it will be a plus. You can also do other activities in the house with the kids like take them to the park or play indoors while I’m working. The caregiver should drive in the event that I cannot pick my kids from school then they would perform that duty.
