Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have a 5-month-old daughter and are looking for a nanny that would come in one or two times a week and work a full day. I am fully remote so both parents would be in the house most of the days. Our daughter doesn't require any special needs, however, I do want this individual to work on her milestones and encourage her growth.
