Occupational Therapist

Location: OK, 74464

Contract Duration: 12 weeks (Jun 1, 2026 – Aug 24, 2026)

Pay Rate: $2047 – $2297 per week

Schedule: 2x10-hour shifts (PRN)

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour days)

Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for inpatient patients (all ages)

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Document patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team

Support functional recovery and independence in daily activities

Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license (required)

Minimum 3 years of OT experience

Inpatient clinical experience preferred

Ability to work weekend PRN schedule

Open to direct hire PRN candidates (rate to be discussed)
