Responsibilities

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (3 positions)

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (5 positions)

Weekend Pay Rate: 43/hr

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.

  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records.

  • Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.

  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.

  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

  • Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid LVN license and current CPR certification required.

  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development programs.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with direct patient care.

  • Ability to monitor and report patient condition changes effectively.

  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and families.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and adherence to company policies.

  • Ability to document patient care accurately and maintain health records.

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
