CNA

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $885 – $1,006/week
Hours: 5x7.5hr shifts, day or night, 37.5 hrs/week; every other weekend & holidays; must attend first-day orientation (full shift) on Tue/Thu

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision

• Assist with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, and feeding

• Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms

• Monitor resident status, report changes, and document care per protocol

• Support restorative care and promote patient comfort and rights

• High School Diploma or GED

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)

• BLS (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
