CNA

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Hours: Part-Time, 3x7.5-hr shifts; Day/Evening rotation; scheduled as needed; every other weekend & holidays

• Provide direct resident care under RN supervision, assisting with ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding)

• Maintain a safe and clean environment; respond to call lights/alarms promptly

• Support resident nutrition, restorative care, and social/emotional needs

• Report changes in resident condition and document care per protocol

• High School Diploma or GED

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)

• BLS (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
