Job Description
Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a home-daily local dairy distribution account based in Lynchburg, VA. Deliver dairy products from a regional distribution center to retail grocery store locations within about a 300-mile radius — averaging 5-15 stops per day and about 1,500 miles per week. Drivers are off every Sunday.
Pay: $0.74 CPM plus $20 per stop. Drivers average $1,500-$1,600/week ($83,300/year).
Schedule: Home daily, Monday-Saturday. Dispatch window 5 AM-5 PM.
Bonus: $3,000 sign-on (paid over your first 90 days). $500 referral bonus.
Equipment: Automatic transmission day cabs, 48-ft reefer trailers. Slip-seat — no dedicated truck.
Freight: Drivers provide partial unload assistance at store stops. Dry van or refrigerated experience preferred.
Requirements: 23+, valid Class A CDL, minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, clean MVR/safety record.
